License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Magnetic SEO ("we"). It covers your use of our software, starting with the Magnetic SEO extension.

Free version

You may use the free features at no cost, for personal or commercial work.

Paid licenses

A paid license is for one person. It covers all of that person's browsers and devices, with up to 5 active at a time. You may not share a license with other people.

Activations and moving your license

You can deactivate a browser from your account or the extension and activate another one. To transfer a license to someone else, ask us first at support@magneticseo.dev.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly licenses stay active while the subscription is paid. If a payment fails, the license keeps working for a short grace period, then goes back to Free.

Lifetime licenses

Lifetime and Early Bird Lifetime licenses are paid once and include every future update of Magnetic SEO for as long as we offer the product. They cover Magnetic SEO only, not other products we may offer.

Trial

The 7-day Pro trial gives full Pro features with no payment. It ends on its own.

Restrictions

Don't reverse engineer the license system, remove license checks, or resell the software.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is". Estimates it shows, such as revenue and RPM, come from public page data, not YouTube Studio data.

Ending the license

We may turn off a license that breaks this agreement. Refunded orders are turned off automatically.
