This policy covers paid plans for Magnetic SEO products bought from us ("we") through magneticseo.dev.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase and you'll get your money back in full. No questions needed, though we're glad to hear what didn't work.

How to ask

Email support@magneticseo.dev from the address you bought with, or open a ticket from your account. Include your order number if you have it.

How refunds are processed

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for our sales, so it processes the refund back to your original payment method and emails you when it is issued. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What happens to the license

When a refund goes through, the license for that order is turned off and the extension goes back to the Free features.

Subscriptions

For renewals, the 14 days count from the renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
