Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Magnetic SEO ("we"). They apply when you use magneticseo.dev, create an account or buy a Magnetic SEO product. The License Agreement covers how you may use the software itself.
Accounts
You need a valid email address to create an account. Keep access to that email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles payment, taxes and invoices, provides customer service for billing questions and handles returns, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for new purchases. Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
Free trial
A new account gets a 7-day Pro trial with no card required, limited to one per person and per browser. We may end trials that abuse this limit.

Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site or the license system: no attacks, scraping at volume, sharing license keys publicly, or trying to get around license limits.
Estimates
Revenue, RPM and similar figures in our products are estimates from public page data, not YouTube Studio data. Don't rely on them for financial decisions.
Liability
The products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are registered, and its courts handle any disputes.
