How to ask

Open a ticket from Account › Support tickets with the category Billing, or email support@magneticseo.dev from the address you bought with.

What happens next

Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, sends the money back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. The license for that order turns off, and the extension goes back to the Free features.
